$150 per 60-minute session (individuals)

*I am an in-network provider with Kaiser Permanente

* Sliding scale pricing is available for self-pay clients - please inquire

* If you are  using Kaiser insurance, your benefits will be verified prior to our first appointment. Depending on your plan, you may be required to pay a copay or coinsurance

* I am able to provide proof of charges and payment if you would like to pursue reimbursement/out-of-network coverage from your insurance company (non-Kaiser)
